Capturio provides a web application that allows users to create event pages where guests can upload images directly to the event owner’s account. The number of events available depends on the plan purchased.

2. Account & Ownership

When you purchase a package, you are granted the right to create events up to your plan limit.

You remain the owner of your event content.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are required at the time of purchase.

Users may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the event has not yet taken place.

After an event has taken place, no refunds will be issued.

4. User Data

We collect the following personal information: Name, Email, Payment information, and Event data.

We also collect non-personal information through cookies. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content uploaded to your events.

You must not use Capturio for unlawful purposes or to distribute harmful, offensive, or infringing material.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
